’53 Chevrolet Two-Ten (or 210)
Introduced by Chevrolet in 1953 as a mid-range replacement for the Styleline Delux the Two-Ten continued in production until 1957. The Two-Ten was available in the widest choice of body styles possible, you could choose from a 2 Dr Coupe, 2 Dr Hardtop, 4 Dr Sedan, Station Wagon or Convertible. Two engine choices were available both 235ci (3.9 Litre) inline six cylinders with 108 to 125 Hp, (later models did get the choice of either a 265ci (4.3 Litre) or 283ci (4.6 Litre) V8 engine). standard transmission was a 3-speed manual and the more powerful engine used if you choose the optional Powerglide 2-speed automatic transmission. A Two-Ten was 196″ (4.66m) long, 75″ (1.9m) wide, had a 115″ (2.9m) wheelbase and weighed in at around 3175 Lbs (1440 Kg)
